Satisfaction Guarantee
​​​​1. In this Schedule “C” the term “Included Services” shall mean the following services that comprise a portion of the Toothe Total Compliance Solutions Service offered by SSI:
a. Privacy & Security Policies Manual;
b. Infection Prevention & Control Manual;
c. Occupational Health & Safety Manual;
d. Radiation Manual;
e. Office Manual; and,
f. Ongoing Support & Updates directly related to the foregoing.
But shall expressly exclude any other Services offered by SSI, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any purchases of any manuals from Toothe outside of the Toothe Total Compliance Solution Service.

2. Provided that your account has been active for no less than 120 days, you are not in any breach of the Terms of Service and have not previously submitted a Notice (as that term is defined below) then in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any of the Included Services you may submit a written notice to SSI which shall include your account, the particulars of your concern, the date on which you became aware of the concern, how you became aware of the concern, and your desired resolution to the concern (the “Notice”). The Notice must be sent to support@toothe.com.

3. You agree that if you provide a Notice, you shall provide any further information requested by SSI that SSI determines in its sole discretion is necessary to address the concerns set out in the Notice, within 5 days of such request from SSI (the “Additional Information”).

4. Within 30 days of receipt by SSI of all Additional Information, SSI shall take such measures, as determined in SSI’s sole discretion, to remedy your concerns as set out in the Notice (the “Remedy”).

5. Within 5 days of SSI notifying you of the Remedy, you must either accept or refuse the Remedy by way of a written confirmation (the “Confirmation Notice”). The Confirmation Notice must be sent to support@toothe.com. In the event that you refuse the Remedy, then you may, within 30 days of SSI’s receipt of the Confirmation Notice, return all materials provided as part of the Services, at which time your subscription shall be cancelled. If SSI does not receive the return of the aforementioned materials within 30 days from the date SSI has received the Confirmation Notice, then your subscription shall remain unchanged.
